Terms of use

We only accept payments in SEK (swedish crowns).
Payment options are Paypal and bank transfer for international orders and Paypal, bank transfer and Swish for orders within Sweden.

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3- 5 business days.
In case of any delay from our side we will notify you.
In case some item is out of stock after the order was made we will contact you and offer you a refund or replacement.

No refunds are accepted!
We are a small company and we can not afford unnecessary refunds or returns, so we recommend you to please make sure you really want to buy the items we sell. If you are not sure, we recommend you to not purchase anything from us.
If you order from us and demand a refund it will not be accepted. Please don't waste our time.

Returns and Exchanges will only be possible if you received the wrong item, wrong size, or if you received an item that was damaged during transit or from the fabric. Then we will reship your order at no cost to you. There is no need to return the wrong or defective item. All reshipment requests will be reviewed and processed within 3-5 business days. 
For this to happen you need to send us an email as soon as you get the order, including all necessary evidence of the problem, pictures, detailed description etc.

We are shipping world-wide.
Depending on your location and the weight of your order, we have different shipping options:
-For orders up to 2 kilos (EU and North America): We are using the service called Varubrev, which is a safe and fast shipping method that includes a tracking nr, email notification, but it doesn´t include any insurance of goods. 

-For orders up to 2 kilos (Rest of the World): We will ship your order using registered shipment.

-For orders over 2 kilos: We use either Mypack (Scandinavia except Norway, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg and Austria) or International parcel (Rest of the World).
Both services are reliable and includes a tracking number plus insurance.
